CB Cabin C425

Hi Folks,

 

I have a courtesy hold on C425 on the CB for part of a family group for a Caribbean cruise next summer out of NY. We needed that particular cabin because it is the only Caribe deck Category J inside that will accommodate a party of 3, but I noticed it is right next to the starboard side scenic elevator. We like the midship location, but I am concerned that the elevator will generate noise in the cabin and my relatives will hate me for 9 days :eek:

 

Does anyone have any experience with this cabin or a similar location? Thanks! :)

There are a few other inside cabins "KK" on Caribe deck aft that accommodate three people. These cabins are also very close to the elevators but there is definitely no noise by them. No need to worry.

Thanks for the info :) We have a person who is a bit prone to motion sickness so I would like to keep them as midship as possible. Does "not to worry" include this midship cabin too? :)

I have had my children and other family members stay just steps away from the elevators and it was never an issue. I can't imagine it being any different in the mid ship area.
