Freedom cabin on Lido deck??

Has anyone stayed in a Lido deck cabin on the Freedom? I was just wondering if so, did you like the location? Was it noisy there? Was there a self-serve laundry on this deck? It looks to be a very convenient location, but am concerned about the noise factor. Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks!

I haven't stayed in a Lido deck cabin on the Freedom but recently stayed in one on the Victory and absolutely LOVED it ! It was the second to the last balcony cabin as far aft on the starboard side as they go which is almost midship and I would highly recommend that location on Lido. The cabin and hallway for that matter was always very quiet. If music was being played and a party was happening on Lido you could hear a very small bit of noise out on the balcony, but to my surprise, very little. The convenience of walking out the door and being only steps away from everything on Lido was great ! Also great for being on Lido and using your own bathroom vs the public one. A short walk from your cabin to the elevators or stairs to go anywhere else. We had a bit of rocky weather two nights and being higher than we normally are was no problem either. I would definately recommend it :)

We were on the Valor last week. Had an inside and a balcony cabin on the Lido deck. Loved it!!! Not noisy at all, steps from food, and the pool. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We were in 9254 and 9256 on the Valor.

Thank you to you both - I appreciate your quick responses. Then a cabin on the Lido deck it is!!! I thought it would be very convenient to a lot things, too. Where's the closest self-serve laundry?

You're gonna love being on Lido ! Not sure where the laundry room is on the Freedom but on the Victory it was about midway between the cabins on the port side hallway. Big sign, door usually open, and easy to find ! We had two washers and two dryers. $2 each. If you need quarters you can get them from the pursers desk or in the Casino (this tends to be faster than waiting in the long lines at the pursers desk).
