Imagination Doors

Does anyone who recently sailed know if the cabin doors are metal? I'd like to get some of that magnetic paper and make a few door decorations.

Anyone? If you've sailed recently did you see any decorations or did you happen to notice if the cabin doors were metal?

I have not been on Imagination, but I have been on several of her sister ships, and all are the same. Maybe I can help, This is what I have gotten from other thread on the topic:

 

The doors are metal internally, with a plastic veneer. I have read that magnets will stick, but I have never tried it myself. Most folks on other threads have reccommended using strong magnets, not the mild refridgerator type.

I didn't see any door decoration when we were there in Feb. I was going to do it but in my excitement of our first cruise I forgot everything at home.:o

When I was on the Legend I tried to do some door decorations, they would not stick to the door but would stick to the wall next to the door. Others in the group said they were able to stick the decorations to their door...

Just back from our cruise - my magnets would not stick to the door itself but I did put them on the metal space above the door.
