Car Rental Drop off

We recently ( three weeks ago ) rented a car thru Enterprise at LAX and then returned it at San Pedro 3 days later. There was a $25 drop off fee I think. The office in SP closes at noon so you have to have the car back by 11:30am. We stayed at the Crown Plaza right in front of the drop off office. But we got up early on Saturday morning and took a two hour drive down the Pacific Coast Highway and saw some great scenery along the way.....Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Newport Beach. Be careful if you rent a GPS at LAX. There is a $65 fee if you are not taking the GPS back to the original location. We opted to forego it and had no problem finding our way around (thanks to Bruin Steve and Curt Jerome Wild ) :)

I'd go with Dollar. We used Enterprise for a LAX to San Pedro rental , and they tried to charge us $1400 for damages we didn't do, and they said we dropped the car off after hours which we didn't do either. We've rented cars all over the US and Europe from other agencies and never did any damage and were never accused of damages either. That was our first and last rental from Enterprise.
