How long does it take for CCL to respond

I have written a few letters to carnival.

 

1. For good service and suggests. Will the respond?

 

2. A 2nd letter with pictures trying to get credit for 2 cruises in 1985. How

long does it take them to respond? Will the email or snail mail you?

I faxed copies of pictures and cruise stuff to (954)628-4261

I had a email conversion with them a few weeks ago. They asked me to

send them any pictures I had. I scanned pictures in that had the name of the ship, etc, etc. I mailed it to them at her request. I just curious how

long it takes.

 

Do they normally call, email or snail mail back at you?

 

If I can get them to give credit it will get me one away from Platinum level.
