What does this mean?

I have just been on to X to the MANAGE MY BOOKING SECTION

Before it came up with the cabin number now it wont allow me in and this comes up.

 

Sorry, this Reservation contains an auto-waitlisted Stateroom and cannot be modified through this system. Please call our Customer Service desk to make any changes to this Reservation.

 

 

I was booked into CC 8160

 

Any ideas?

Give them a call Mandy then come back and let us know what they said. I'd be interested to know myself as I've never had a problem once booked.

I think I would have called X before checking here. They will know where those of us here could be guessing.

Just took the plunge and called them. I didnt want to before just incase it was a mistake (thinking upgrade)

Its seems we are now waitlisted SS..is waitlisted the same as GTY?

The girl said a SS cabin is being held on our booking but we booked a CC . She couldnt give me anymore information

I am not going to push the matter just incase its a mistake

Wouldnt there still be a cabin number if I had been upgraded?

I have noticed now the SS and CC grades are both the same price ( CC increased buy nearly £500pp since we booked last weeek)

Perhaps not yet as they are in the process of upgrading and shifting guests. It will come soon though, they have to settle it.

I hope it is an upgrade we have never had one yet but this being our first X I wasnt even hoping for one.

I have also noticed a lot of other cabins coming back on in all grades that wasnt there before

I'm hoping now :)
