Hello Bequia----Would you know anything about the Silver Spray Moter-Resort in Hollywood beach on N Ocean drive?

 

Also would like to know if you know anything about the Super 8 Motel in Pompano beach on NE 10th street?

 

Any help would be appreciated. I am thinking of staying at both places for a pre-cruise and post-cruise. Only for a few nights.

Regarding the Silver Spray, it's just south of the Marriott Hollywood Beach. I've always passed it but have never really looked at it too closely.

I can however vouch for these two, mom and pop, boutique hotels:

The first is directly on the ocean, the latter is between the ocean and the intracoastal. I know they don't book single nights but for two nights or longer you may get lucky and get a room. Also ask them about the Tides. The same family runs all three properties.

I know nothing of the Super 8 in Pompano but I do know that Hollywood Beach is a lot nicer. ;)
