US Versus UK Office

I think it's working just as well... these days everything is done by phone or fax or computer anyway... you can be anywhere with a telephone number.

I remember during the era of my first trip on QE 2 (in 1997), the Cunard offices were on Fifth Avenue here in New York and they even had a "storefront" with a big plate glass window were you could "pop in" and ask questions and book a trip. They shared this retail space with British Airways.

They also had a retail space alone on south side of East 47th Street (between Fifth & Madison Avenues) at one point; but I don't recall if that was before or after the Fifth Ave space.

Does anyone remember?
