Transportation to Port Canaveral - LARGE Group - ADVICE?

Hiya,

I'm the "travel coordinator" for a big family trip coming up. I'm looking for shuttle/transportation for a large group of us to catch a cruise June 1/08. There will be 13 (8 adults, 5 kids) of us staying at POP Century at Disneyworld up until the cruise. Then another group of 8 people (6 adults, 2 kids) will also be flying into MCO the night before the cruise sails - but I haven't booked a hotel for them yet.

1. Do you have any recommendations as to what shuttle company to go with ("affordable" being a key word)? And, it'd be great if we could arrange a "stop" to load on up on water/soda on the way.

2. Would it be more economical to have the shuttle pick up all of us or make two separate transportation arrangements?

3. If it's cheaper to pick up everyone at once, does it make sense to have them stay close to the airport?

4. Any other suggestions on how to make this work?

Thanks for all the advice!
