Looking up TAs

I was wondering if there was a website where you could check to see how reputable certain TAs were. I was offered a price for a 2009 Alaska cruise that was no better than I could get thru Carnival. When I told them this they said I must be confused. I emailed them back with exact prices. I then heard back from them offering an additional $25 obc if I booked with them. Just wondering if there was some place to check them out. Thank you.
