Helsinki bike tour vs Tallin bike tour?

We are considering both bike tours - Helsinki & Tallin - Booking through the Crown Princess.

 

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has done either or both of these tours. Pros? Cons? Any tips?

 

If you were only going to do one city by bike, which would you choose?

The big attraction of Tallin is the old walled city and since it is very hilly and cobbled I would not think a bike tour would be very enjoyable there. There may be other sights in Tallin for a bike tour that we didn't see. I would suggest Helsinki would be a better city for a bike tour. We did a local visitors bus tour there and got a good overview of the city.
