Last fall I used Already There Town Car Service. It was only $5 more than taking a cab and it was timely, courteous and COMFORTABLE! We are going to use them this September again.

I would say the airporter, it cost around 15$ per person and the drive is about 20-30 minutes depending if traffic is bad. But if you have more than 2 people going it might be worth it to take a taxi but I am unsure of what the rate is now.

It depends--if you're staying downtown at one of the hotels it stops at, the airporter bus is the cheapest and easiest (short of taking the public bus). If you're not at one of their hotels (or right by one of their hotels) and you've got 2 people, I'd take a taxi, it's about $30-40 to downtown and they're plentiful.

I've always used Shuttle Express. The pickup is right at the airport and they deliver you to either your hotel or directly to the ship. Excellent company.
