gal40 Posted April 23, 2008 #1 Share Posted April 23, 2008 Anyone else have trouble with RCL Customer Service? It's been a nightmare for me ever since we were canceled off the Nickleodeon cruise. We've rescheduled (a group of about 24), but have been billed 2 -3 times for excursions and it's impossible to get them to issue credits. My clients were on that same sailing as you booked in the groups department and RCL screwed up their refunds. It literally took me 3 months to get it all straightened out and that was calling the groups department daily. Worst experience of my life! gal40 Posted April 23, 2008 Author #3 Share Posted April 23, 2008 We are so frustrated. We had problems since late January and just when I thought it was all fixed, it started up again next week. Half my group just wants to cancel. For all the frustration RCL has not offered anything but on board credit - which costs them NOTHING! This is my first experience with RCL. I went through the process about 4 times thinking RCL finally fixed the refunds and then we would wait and wait and wait and my clients never would receive them and I'd have to call back and start the process all over again. I lost 3 cabin bookings due to RCL screwing up their charge cards and the rest of the party of 5 cabins swears they will never sail on them again after this experience. Now I am worried that the onboard credits they promised my clients while sailing are not going to show up. I am giving all my clients the paperwork in writing showing they are due the onboard credit in case this happens as I don't want them to have more frustration while on their sailing!
