Balconies on Mariner

I'm hoping they change the policy when they come out west too. We do a girls cruise every year and love having cocktails on our balconies every evening before dinner and chatting about our day. We decided we'd go RCL next year even if we can't open our balconies. We'll just have to find a bar to do our thing instead! Just won't be the same though! Dee
