Miami Departure/Fascination Questions

Just a few quick questions as our May 2 departure is approaching quickly...

 

Any one know a realistic time for the length of the trip from Disney to Miami? I have heard varying answers. Also, what is the total cost of tolls from one place to the other?

 

Even though this is a short cruise, is there still a formal night?

 

What are the rules for bringing alcohol on board? I have read through the posts, but seem to have found conflicting information. I want to know how much each member of my party can carry on and how to package it in our checked bags for safe arrival at our staterooms.

 

How is the Spa Cuisine?

 

Last question--Miami. We are hoping to do a little exploring the day we disembark...nothing like celebrating Cinco de Mayo in Miami! Any suggestions on fun bars/restaurants?
