There are a couple of people that walk Orient with signs offering massage services. No idea of the cost, etc. but they are there.

 

There are also many Spa's/Salon's across the island.

There is a massageuse on the beach at Orient Bay - located nearest to KaKao. My husband receives a massage from her every year and raves about it. I don't know her name; but if you are facing away from the ocean - towards land, she is just to the left of KaKao Bar. I believe she charges around $65.00 per hour + tip, of course.
