** Best time to arrive NY Port?

What is the best time to arrive at the port of New York to board the Norwegian Spirit easily. P.S. We are Latitude member. Any difference?

We arrived late . . . close to 2 pm & it was great. Others will tell you to get there early.

I thought the signage for Latitudes was wonderful, we bypassed a lot.

Just as an FYI - I did a ship inspection of the Carnival Miracle today - different cruise line, but still the same customs folks - there were some changes in customs that were effective when folks came in on this sailing, so it might have been effective May 1st - it took them a LONG time to get folks off the ship... I'm not sure what that will mean in regards to getting to the pier, but if you're driving, it might mean that you will have trouble finding a parking spot.
