Spa treatments

I am going on my second cruise in 10 days on RCCL Freedom of the Seas. I was considering have a spa treatment, but am curious as to how much they cost ie: pedicure or manicure?? If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it. I may just get them done here at home before going, but wouldn't mind a little pampering at sea.

When I was on the Caribbean Princess last year, I seem to remember that I saw a couple of ladies who had been to the spa for a pedicure which had put pretty, little transfers on their toe nails. I think it was called a Jamaican pedicure. Do they do this on Royal Caribbean ships?

If so, does anyone know how much it costs?
