Fun pass question; is this no big deal?

Recommended Posts

We are cruising on the Glory at the end of this month. Dh and I are booked in one room, and our two children are booked in the room across the hall. On my fun pass information page, it shows that I have accepted the cruise contract for myself, and on behalf of dh and the two kids. But, on the kids funpass, it shows as incomplete. Everything is completed EXCEPT for the acceptance of their cruise contract.

So when I try to go back in and re-do it with the hopes of being able to complete their funpass, I just get directed to an error page (specifically it says "key not found in dictionary" and has a stack trace).

I have called Carnival's fun pass dept 3 times about it in the last 6 weeks. They keep telling me that it will be fixed in 24 hrs. But, it hasn't. So I talked to someone in the web dept and she said that since everything else was completed, and that my info shows that I accepted for them, that it's all fine, even though the kids' still shows as incomplete and can't be printed.

My question is: is this a big deal? Will I just be able to sign for them at the pier or is it going to be a big hassle? (Hopefully I've not confused you; it's hard to explain) Tell me this is okay. thanks

I just completed mine today and it worked.

Yes, it seems that it's just my account that has the glitch. This has been going on for at least 2 months and even after numerous phone calls, they can't seem to get the bug worked out. So now they are just telling me that it's fine and we can take care of it at the pier. I assume that is correct. I just like to have all my ducks in a row and have all my paperwork ready. I'm a bit OCD about it. :o
