In Cabin babysitting?

So which cruise lines have it? We took our 14 month old on Princess for the first time (his 1st time) and took along our MIL as our babysitter, but we would like to take him a cruise by ourselves. I looked on different cruise line sites and couldn't find any concrete answers about in cabin sitting - even Disney didn't say!

RCCL and Celebrity offer in-cabin babysitting for ages 1 year and up.

Disney has a nursery for kids from 12 weeks - 3 years. It's a pay service. But it is still nice.
