Cpsjis Posted May 6, 2008 #1 Share Posted May 6, 2008 We plan on spending the day at Little Divi Bay in a few weeks. Can anyone here tell me what restuarants, bars, facilities, chair rentals, etc.. are located there?
mamasgirl Posted May 9, 2008 #2 Share Posted May 9, 2008 We took an excursion here with RC in Dec. 07 with out 3 kids. W e each got 2 drink tickets for punch, rum punch, beer, or water. Also a BBQ for lunch. The excursion included chairs for everyone but not umbrellas. They were $5 a piece and one umbrella was good for 2 chairs. My youngest,5, enjoyed collecting seashells and playing in the sand and water. My 10 and 9 year old rented boogie boards at $20 a piece. The waves were perfect for boogie boarding and the kids loved this excursion the most. There are bathrooms there and outdoor showers. There is also a pool, not very large---it looked fine, though. We did not go to the pool. There is a little bar and tables and chairs to sit in when eating. Not sure if you are going as part of the excursion? We will be there again this August, but RC does not go there now. They go to Oyster Bay. Hope this helps.
beachchick Posted May 10, 2008 #3 Share Posted May 10, 2008 Are you inquiring about ship excursions or going on your own? If you go on your own (which is what we would do), you won't have access to the pools or other for-guests-only amenities, but will be able to rent chairs, umbrellas, and water-activity equipment (snorkel gear, boogie boards, kayaks, jet skis, and more). You will be able to enjoy the beach with no problem and no entry fee. I don't know how much the food would be or if the same thing that's arranged for the ship excursions is available for everyone to purchase. There is at least one restaurant and one grill/cafe on-site where you can have/buy lunch. beachchick
