Taxi Fare from Pier to Marriott in Condado?

I have been surfing through many posts...and it sounds like a taxi from the pier where the Caribbean Princess dos in OSJ to the Marriott Stellars..is about $12 ..is that about right? What would you say travel time is? Sounds like you can get a day pass to Marriott?

Am considering this vs. paying over $100 per person to go on a catamaran snorkel swim excursion about an hour away...

Any feedback?

Will will do snorkel on another island..just want to get to a decent beach!

Yes that sounds about right

 

Taxi time will depend on traffic - 10mins - 20 mins

 

If you have never beed to Old San Juan before, you might want to consider doing a self tour of the city. Plenty to see and do.
