BUT, not to rehash: the discussion we had was the interpretation of the rules. I simply said that under the rules as written you can not redeem FFs past 30 days of certificate issue.

 

Little did I know that there were a lot more LAs like the guy on the Navigator in November (I leave the name out for now) who are essentially forcing a company into an unwritten rule. Therefore I said "we are all winners".

 

I have absolutely no problem to retract from my statements if proven wrong but in this case there is no retraction necessary: neither from me, neither from those opposing me.

 

But RCI really has to look at their policy on hiring LAs. 90% of the people on CC have more knowledge than some LAs.
