Looks like we will be going back to the Western Caribbean in 2009! Nothing is yet confirmed with Cruise Critic, but Royal Caribbean's Liberty of the Seas appears to be a likely choice. This group cruise will be open to both divers and non-divers alike!

 

If you would like information about next year's Cruise Critic Scuba Cruise, please email us; once the group is set up, we'll attach the group brochure to your email reply. We should have the booking ready to go sometime early this summer. In the mean time, here is some information to tide you over! It's a little corny, as this is what Cruise Critic will likely be posting on their Group Cruise Page, but it will give you enough info to whet your appetite! The fourth annual 2009 Scuba Cruise will be calling on four excellent ports of call in the Western Caribbean, with a couple of days at sea at the beginning and the end of the cruise, to make this 7 night cruise the envy of divers and non-divers alike! Not a diver? Not a problem! Our groups consist of certified scuba divers as well as group members who don’t dive, but enjoy snorkeling, awesome beaches and the company of their fellow Cruise Critic members!

 

The Liberty of the Seas is the second Freedom class ship in Royal Caribbean’s fleet that features the FlowRider®, cantilevered whirlpools, a rock-climbing wall, ice-skating rink and the not to be missed Royal Promenade! There are full-size, flat-screen TVs in every stateroom, a 9-hole miniature golf course and several specialty restaurants to name a few. The ship is a destination in and of itself!

 

An awesome dive package consisting of two tank boat dives in Costa Maya, Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Belize is available to the certified scuba divers in the group for an additional charge.
