Bidding Help with Amber

Has anyone heard from Amber, from Biddingfun.com. I've emailed her about 5 times in the last week and no response. Is she still out there. I've emailed customer service also and no response just woould like to know.

Amber doesn't contribute to the Princess board like she used to. We miss her expertise. I don't know the reason, but would love to see her return.
