Malta - Anyone been on NCL's 'Three Cities & Boat Ride'??

Just wondering if there is anyone who has been on this NCL excursion whilst in Malta? What did you think of it, did you see plenty? Also, is there much walking involved? OK for DH, DS and myself but my 80 year MIL is travelling with us and she is not that mobile. Thanks for your help.
