between the arms b & b in anchorage...

I will be staying here in mid June for one night. We are renting a car at the Anchorage airport when we arrive and driving there. I will let you know when I get back. The rooms look lovely and I spoke with the owner who is very friendly. This B and B came recommended to me by another B and B owner who has a very good reputation. They belong to the B and B organization in Anchorage and do have a lot of regulations that they have to abide by. I felt very good booking here and it certainly did seem to be a very good value.

There are usually plenty of cabs at the Anchorage airport. I hesitate to give a fare, because we haven't used a taxi in a year. I assume with the price of gas, fares have gone up, so I would guess $20 - $25. Midtown is a large area, and fares could vary quite a bit from one end to the other.
