Taking Water & Soda on Board?

The last thread I had seen on this issue was saying liquids were not allowed to be taken on the ship. After much debate, I am not sure that thread confirmed if you could bring liquids onboard with you or not.

 

So with that being said, we were not sure if we would be able to bring water on board the Liberty on May 10th with us or not. But we figured we were only out $5 if we did not receive our case of water that we stuck a luggage tag to.

 

Sure enough, it WAS delivered to our door!!! :)

 

Things are always changing, so why not begin a new thread to get the most current information rather than digging up one from weeks ago?

I had heard a rumor of a total liquid ban - however, checked RCCL's list of banned items - and water/soda is not on there.

 

Going on Liberty next Sat, just wanted to know if you can still bring water and soda on board? We like bottled water not tap... Thanks..

A: Aside from the obvious (and illegal) items not allowed onboard, there are other items we cannot accommodate onboard.

 

Prohibited items:

• Candles
  
• Coffee Makers
  
• Electrical Transformers
  
• Flammable Liquids and Explosives (such as fireworks)
  
• HAM radio equipment
  
• Hockey sticks
  
• Illegal Drugs
  
• Irons
  
• Personal Alcohol
  
• Skateboards
  
• Surfboards

I've always been adverse to alcohol that becomes too personal. It should know its place. :rolleyes:
