Grandeur Aft JS 7650

I noticed this aft JS opened up...it's a corner...I have a balcony room 7134 already reserved but have heard so much about the space on an aft balcony...could probably swing it but quite a bit higher at this time...if I upgrade, does my fuel surcharge remain our original price as it has gone up again since we booked in December? Anyone know anything about this suite? Want to grab it fast if it's good!!!!

I had this cabin last month, it was great but its the size of a regular D-1 smaller than other JS on this ship, it did have a bath tub and walk in closet. The balcony was the best part plenty of room for the 2 lounge chairs and 2 other chairs.
