gja360 Posted May 22, 2008 #1 Share Posted May 22, 2008 Does anyone know a good tour or a good location to be able to see turtles in Bermuda? I'll be heading there on the Dawn in a few weeks :D
Salt air hair Posted May 22, 2008 #2 Share Posted May 22, 2008 We've always taken the catamaran tour with the "Rising Sun" and they take us to an area where we've always seen turtles. I believe they have names for some of them, one being called "Pepe". You can swim to shore once they anchor or take out one of the kyaks they have onboard, they also have snorkle equipment. It's a great tour and the crew is outstanding!

michaellasdad Posted May 22, 2008 #5 Share Posted May 22, 2008 We went to the Aquarium when we went to Bermuda and we saw a lot of turtles, the whole aquarium & zoo was very interesting and well worth the admission charge of $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for kids. Cleo1611 Posted May 22, 2008 #6 Share Posted May 22, 2008 Does anyone know a good tour or a good location to be able to see turtles in Bermuda? I'll be heading there on the Dawn in a few weeks :D We took a glass bottom boat that left from the ferry in Hamilton. They had a bar and washrooms on board and gave us a little sightseeing tour on the way, then took us to an area where we saw all kinds of turtles. We also were allowed to throw bread overboard (provided by a local bakery) in another area to see all the fish come to feed. It was great - $40 each.
