Lockers for Luggage

I have family members who will be arriving in Seattle on a ferry from Victoria. They are staying out by the airport, but want to do some sightseeing in dowtown first. Is there a place near the ferry or Pike's Market that they could store their luggage while they walk around, have dinner, etc.

You might convince the bell captain at a hotel to hold your luggage for a tip, but airports, etc, no longer have lockers post-911.
