morecruise4me Posted May 24, 2008 #1 Share Posted May 24, 2008 We are planning our next cruise and want to do a southern Caribbean itinerary...but which one? So many choices, and they all look good. But our preference is to snorkel as many places as possible. We are looking at Royal Caribbean...any suggestions on which islands offer some great snorkeling? We should hit 4-6 islands on this cruise. Thanks in advance for the help:)
rugrat Posted May 24, 2008 #2 Share Posted May 24, 2008 We have snorkeled in Bonaire and Curacao. They are both great, but if I had to choose, pick Curacao!
gmcrow Posted May 25, 2008 #3 Share Posted May 25, 2008 Good bets are St. Lucia, Bonaire, Curacao, St. Kitts, St. Thomas. http://www.cruisedivers.blogspot.com

Woodsmaster Posted May 30, 2008 #5 Share Posted May 30, 2008 We went on a RCL tour aboard a fast rigid inflatable to St. John Island. They have a national park that is underwater and is very nice to snorkel in. One of top three we have snorkeled in in the Caribbean and Mexican Riviera. I'd go again if I could not Scuba Dive.
