Cabin question Infinity

Friends of ours have booked 8100 on the Infinity and I have read that this is not a good cabin. Would someone who knows the cabin please explain why. Are the negative responses being confused with 8102 which has a smaller balcony? Please someone who knows the cabin please answer before it gets too late to change.
