Help! Splendor 7/2/08 What to do in ports? Any snorkeling in Monaco?

Group of 6 to go to Monaco, Lisbon, Barcelona, Le Havre(Paris) and end up in Dover(London). Any help would be great re what to do, where to go, good excursions, what not to miss---This is a special 20th anniv. trip for me--I want to make the most of it. Because this is a new ship/itinerary I can't find any info. I have been to Paris and London years ago but especially want this to be the trip of a lifetime as my twin and her spouse as well as another couple will attend. The listed excursions sound very vague--Is the water nice in any of these areas? We are leaving out of Genoa, Italy---The cruises we've been on in the past have been Caribbean so I feel very uncertain as to what to do? PLEASE HELP! Thanks so much for your time--- Soo Many ???
