Woodsmaster Posted May 30, 2008 #1 Share Posted May 30, 2008 We dove on St. Maarten with DIVE SAFARIS - St. Maarten. Their Email: divesafaris@caribserve.net. This was a good operator with good equipment. They had their act together. There were 8 divers and two divemasters. We broke into two groups of 4 and made two nice dives. We dove their shark feeding location (no feeding going on), "Big Mama". Nice reef area. Five black tips and a very large sea turtle were the "attractions" for us. There were the myriad of reef fish and corals normally on a reef in this area. We took a leisure dive around and enjoyed it. Second dive was the wreck of the HMS Proselyte. Cannons, large anchors, cannon balls, misc. vessel parts, chain, lobsters, crabs, small turtle and a small shark. Nice wreck dive. No wood left. Will use them again.
