I don't know if you ever found the answer to this but if not, you can go to www.mandaraspa.com and then go to Norwegian Cruiselines and it will provide the spa menu for the NCL spas.

A very long awaited vacation at that. I think I'm gonna take your advice. I'm really hoping they offer a sampler as I've read about on other threads. I'd really like to be able to try several different things and see what I like.

DH and I did the couples spa pass

 

How does the couples pass differ from the individual? Do you get a break on price? Do you have to buy for the entire cruise or is there a couples day pass? Thanks! After several cruises thinking we were not interested in the spa we did the day pass twice on the Gem in February and fell in love with the spa!

The couples pass is $140/week vs $150 for two passes when purchased separately. We've never done the day passes so I can't answer that question but I'm sure someone here will have the answer.
