Anyone do the San Francisco Beach Break or Dune Buggy Tour?

I'm having a hard time deciding what to do in Cozumel.

 

We are thinking of either the San Francisco Beach Break or the Dune Buggy tour through Island Marketing. The beach break almost sounds too good to be true: free all-day open bar, lunch, appetizer all included for $40.

 

Has anyone done either of these? Right now I'm leaning towards the beach break because it seems like it will be very relaxing. If you've done it, did you do any of the other activities like the massage, jet skis or parasailing? Some of the people in our group are considering parasailing & I'm wondering if theirs is the type where you take off from the boat (instead of having to take off from the shore where you have to run).
