Can someone explain to me how the free transportation to Chank works?

There will be ATLEAST 9 or 10 of us going, with atleast 6 of us doing the dolphin encounter. How does the free transportation offer work? Is it something that's always available or just certain times? Is it one way or round trip? Who can I contact for details?

If you are referring to the free taxi fare referenced in the Dolphin Discovery promotion, it works very smoothly. I was concerned about it before our arrival, but it worked extremely well. When hailing a cab oustide the pier area, I explained to the driver that we would be given a voucher upon arrival to cover the taxi fare. When we arrived at Chankanaab, there were employees outside that approached us as we exited the cab to ask if we need a cab voucher. He gave the necessary form to the driver and gave us vouchers for our return to the pier that we had to hold on to until we left.

Just a word of advice. When we booked our swim at Chank, we booked via their website. The email confirmation that I received was very specific in saying that if we intended on using the free transportation, we needed to notify them in advance or they would not give us the voucher. And when we arrived via taxi, there was someone standing out front with a list which had our names on it. So, be very sure to contact DD and let them know you are using the free transportation cause it sounds like if you just show up and ask for the voucher, without letting them know in advance, they will deny you.
