HMC snorkeling...

Wondering how the snorkeling is on HMC. Is it accessible by the beach, or is there some type of excursion needed? Thanks.

an excursion will take you to better snorkeling that you can get to from the beach.

HMC is a VERY nice private island... and the nicest sand I have ever been on... BUT, the snorkeling isn't great there. Out of all the places we stopped, this was the worst for fish. The visibility is awesome, there just aren't any fish. The beach and water are gorgeous though. We are thinking of doing the Stingray adventure there this year...
