Age to Jet Ski??

Does anyone know how old you have to be to rent a jet ski on SeaGrape beach?

You must be at least 15 years old to operate a jet ski. You may not take a passenger until you are at least 18 years old.

 

The renter must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card. Parents need to sign a liability release for their minor children who will operate a jet ski or be a passenger on one.

Thank you! Now I know both my boys can go! I wanted my 15 year old to be able to drive while I ride behind him and my 18 year old can go on his own jet ski.:D

you might want to check out fat fish adventures. My DH and DS16 did a waverunner our for $100 per person on their own waverunners. It was the best day of the trip for them! The tour was suppose to be 2 hours going out to the Stingrays, but they ended up riding around for over 3 1/2 hours. They actually got tired and said they were ready to go back. It was awesome and Peter was the best. They just can not say enough good about this company. We chose them because it looks like they only do 1 tour a day so they don't rush to get back for the next group-and they didn't-- I think my DH will post a review in the next couple of days. They are still talking about how much fun it was!!!:)

You'll need to re-think that. As a driver of a jet ski, your 15 year old cannot take any passenger - even a parent.

Thank you guys for the info. Thats what I wanted to know. Maybe we will do the waverunners. Where do you sign up for the waverunner tour?
