Eden Rock or Sunset House?

I did see one of the most beautiful fishes there - it was in a pool of curry sauce and next to a mound of rice and tasted fantastic!

That's funny! Just wanted to thank you and the others for info on Eden Rock. I had read a few threads about it and decided to go to the Eden Rock dive shop for my flu-redirected cruise. It was only $15pp to rent all the gear we needed and the snorkeling was great. I even followed a turtle around for a while. I wish I had paid better attention to these threads though. I snorkeled up to the buoys, but stopped just short of them, because I thought the girl at the dive shop said not to go past them. But, I think she meant don't go past the other marker. Anyway, I saw some of the reef, but not as much as I would have liked to have seen if I'd have gone just a little farther out.

I do have to warn folks though, it started to get pretty crowded late morning. We got there before anyone else, so we had the water to ourselves for a while. But, others arrived quickly, making it a bit crowded. But still not bad. We looked out there later that afternoon after lunch (2 or 3 pm) and noticed the water was empty though. So, early morning and later afternoon are the times to go. I highly recommend it.

Is is safe to leave stuff on the beach while you snorkel at sunset house.

Do they have lockers?

They had lockers both at Sunset House and the Eden Rock Dive Center. I don't know if they have lockers at the Paradise Bar & restuarant at Eden Rock (first place you get to when walking to Eden Rock Area).
