Celebrity Captains

I know that I saw a thread fairly recently that listed all of the current captains and their respective ships but now I can't find it. Can anyone tell me how I can locate it?

 

Also, does anyone know who will be the primary officers on the Solstice: Captain, Staff Captain, Hotel Director, etc.?

 

And if anyone knows Daniel Ilias and George Koutoukakis, who would both be in the Hotel Director's area, their location would be appreciated.
