joschwin Posted June 15, 2008 #1 Share Posted June 15, 2008 I would like to know the best way to call home? If I buy an international calling card here in the states will it work from Bermuda. I assume I would have to use a pay phone in Bermuda. How about from the ship, are there any pay phones on a ship. Or can the card be used with the room phone, would the ship have any fees for use of a card with the room phone?

Your cell phone will work for about $2.00 per minute off the ship. Most pay phones are the pier are very costly. The least costly way is to buy a phone card in a store in Bermuda for use back to the States or a card that will work back from Bermuda from home but make sure that it usable and not excessive. Finally the internet cafe in St George and Hamilton both have phones you can use at reasonable rates. Except for calling from you or someone elses room there are no pay phones on the ship as we know them.
