Prince Rupert fishing on Sept 3rd

My husband and FIL are going on a halibut fishing trip in Prince Rupert. What should they wear? Shoes? Does the fishing boat provide slickers if needed or will a jacket with nylon outer be okay?

I will depend upon the charter some will provide wet weather gear and come don't. If it were me I would contact the charter service to determine what they provide and what you need.

I don't know the charter company since they booked thru RCI. How can I find out?

I would contact RCL or have your TA contact RCL and ask them who they use. This is potentially a serious matter if the weather is poor and will certainly have an impact on the pleasure of their fishing trip... surely someone will be able to help you. I have a strong feeling that wet weather gear will be provided as it rains a lot in PR and I don't think they would expect anyone to bring it but I would also like you to be sure.
