Yoga classes on Serenade of the Seas

Hi

 

Has anyone tried the fitness classes on the Serenade of the Seas? We sail on the 26 July 2008 for a week and noticed that they offer classes on the ship's compass that someone posted a while ago for the Serenade. I do a weekly yoga class at home and fancy the idea of doing the classes on the ship but wondered if they are any good?

Hi Karen - Yes, the Yoga class on the Serenade is quite good. I took it on May 5th of this year and the instructor was a very handsome ;) young man from Australia. There is an extra charge ($10 I think) for the class but it is well worth it. The class size was never more than 10 people.

Thanks for replying. I'll pack my exercise clothes then! Will need to do some form of exercise as well as all the walking to justify all the food!
