Destiny balcony sizes

In looking at the deck plans and the Empress and Lido outside cat. 8 balcony's look larger than the Veranda or Upper deck balcony's, is this true? I'm only interested in the cat. 8's right now. Also are the Lido deck rooms quiet or is there noise from the stage and pool area's.

We have been in both the Lido (8D) and Veranda (8C) balcony cabins on the Destiny and can not remember a difference in size. They are just wide enough to walk by a chair (about 4 to 5 feet deep) and as wide as the cabin (about 12 feet). Very comfortable for two.

I'm pretty sure the size is the same and the Lido deck cabins are quiet. Be sure if you go to the Veranda deck, that you choose a cabin with cabins above and below and you're not under the Lido deck. Enjoy!
