 Hi, We are going on our first cruise ever on the Disney Magic Mexico Riviera cruise 20 Jul 08. What kinds of drinks do they have in Mexico that does not have alcohol in it the is considered to be really good and worth trying? My 11 year old son does not drink and my friend and I cannot stand the taste of beer or taqila. Also should we bring umbrellas with us on the trip? We will check out Cabo Wabo just to say we at least saw it while walking around after our Dolphin swim.

Well beer and tequila are pretty much staples as far as drinks go in Mexico. Based on your scenario I would just stick to bottled water or soft drinks on your excursions. I can't think of anything that would qualify as a specialty drink, except maybe Horchata. It will be quite hot in July, but I doubt you will need umbrellas. Just wear good sunscreen and be sure to stay hydrated. There are lots of shady spots to sit and relax at each of the ports. Cabo Wabo is a fun place to stop for refreshments.
