Snorkeling in Grand Cayman that does NOT include a trip to Sting Ray City?

We have two upcoming cruises stopping in Grand Cayman and are interested in snorkeling, but have already done Sting Ray City and don't wish to repeat it. We would rather be in the water snorkeling. Can anyone help us? Thanks!

Three easy options -

1. Nautilus cruise that includes a stop for snorkelling. They sail from Rackam's pub in the town.

2. Don Fosters do trips to the Cali with a pick up right by the South Terminal.

3. Eden Rock will rent you equipment and you can go snorkel from the shore.

Eden Rock. It's within walking distance when you get off of the tender pier. Turn right, keep the water on your right and the road your left and walk about 5minutes. You can enter the water through steps. Lots of fish. Lounge chairs can be rented on the small beach and equipment can also be rented. :)
