Rare conandrob240 Posted June 20, 2008 #1 Share Posted June 20, 2008 Hello. We are on Jade Oct 1-13 ending is Istanbul. We have a 4pm flight from Istanbul and would really like to see the market that day before we head to the airport (the previous day is Sunday and I believe I read the market in Istanbul is closed that day). If we leave the ship around 9am, would there be somewhere to store our luggage for a few hours and then we can return to pick it up? Or are we better off hiring a taxi & guide for a few hours where we would leave our luggage in his car? Please advise.

Since 9/11 all the American and Canadian airports have taken luggage hold area's out. Europe I'm not sure but I'm guessing the same applies. I suggest you may want to post this on the Europe board.
