Room Upgrade

I just booked the Dawn last week for sailing on 6/29. At that late notice only inside staterooms were available, unless I wanted to take the chance on a outside GUAR. Which I felt uncomfortable doing. My question is when we get to the pier is there any chance we can upgrade to an outside if they are available? I would be willing to pay the extra charge at this time. I just want to know the actual deck and room available.

I will say.. IMHO, I don't think the chances are good. I am SURE there are cruises out there that sail without being full.. but on every NCL ship we have been on they have always been full. Not trying to bring you down, etc, but personally I think you have better chances with teh GTY. At least then you know you will have one.

Have never ever heard of NCL offering chance to buy upgrade at pier. They pretty much have all the rooms taken anyways by then.
